Good training is not just stopping unwanted behavior. The dog needs a clear alternative behavior, clean timing, repetition, motivation, and a handler who knows how to read stress, arousal, and body language.
The dog does not graduate because it performs for the trainer. The program is successful when the owner understands how to maintain the behavior safely and consistently in real life.

Final recommendation depends on the evaluation. Veterinary concerns, severe anxiety, sudden behavior changes, pain signs, or serious aggression may require veterinary or veterinary-behavior support alongside training.
